Position: Patient Communication Specialist (FT - Work From Home)

Manage and respond to incoming patient inquiries and requests through various communication channels such as phone, email, and chat;
Utilize strong communication skills to provide accurate and timely information to patients regarding their medical devices and services;
Maintain detailed and organized records of patient interactions and updates in the company database;
Coordinate with healthcare providers and insurance companies to ensure proper billing and coverage for patient services;
Conduct outbound calls to patients to schedule appointments and follow-ups as needed;
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve any issues or concerns raised by patients;
