Chen Med LLC is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (APP) I, Care Line to deliver diagnostic patient care through virtual visits and phone. The APP will assess, diagnose and document patients’ health status and serve as the dispositional authority for after-hours and weekend calls.
This role requires a BSN, MSN, board certification, compact licensure, 3+ years acute/primary care NP experience and 2+ years telehealth; travel to required states and evenings/weekends may be needed.
