Make an immediate impact supporting student success by providing comprehensive psychological services to a vibrant Texas school district. This contract position runs through late May 2027, offering you the opportunity to contribute your skills over multiple academic years in a collaborative and supportive environment.

As a psychological services provider, you'll be based at a centralized office while servicing 2-3 schools. The district's innovative workload-based model gives you ownership over your priorities and resources, rather than limiting your day by arbitrary caseload numbers. This approach, paired with an existing team of licensed professional counselors to provide counseling, allows you to focus on evaluations, consultation, intervention planning, and staff collaboration.

• Valid School Psychologist license in Texas
• Experience in school-based psychological services
• Strong skills in assessment, data-driven decision-making, and educational evaluations
• Ability to work collaboratively with educators, administrators, and families
• Commitment to fostering equitable, supportive educational environments

• Deliver psycho educational evaluations
• Consult with teachers, parents, and staff regarding students' needs
• Develop and support intervention plans
• Assist with eligibility meetings, ARDs, and IEPs
• Provide crisis intervention and preventative mental health services as needed
• Maintain regular communication and documentation
• Participate in a multi-disciplinary team within the district
