This full-time Psychotherapist role is based in Ahwatukee, AZ and follows a hybrid work model, combining in-office client sessions with some work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting individual, couples, and family therapy sessions; completing intake assessments; developing treatment plans; and maintaining accurate, timely clinical documentation. The Psychotherapist will provide evidence-based interventions, coordinate care with other healthcare professionals as appropriate, and support clients in managing a broad range of mental health and relationship concerns.

Additional duties may include participating in case consultations, adhering to ethical and legal standards of practice, and contributing to a collaborative, client-centered practice culture.

• Strong foundation in Psychology and Mental Health, including assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based treatment.
• Demonstrated skills in Counseling and Relationship Counseling, with experience supporting diverse client populations.
• Understanding of Medicine as it relates to mental health, including psychopharmacology basics and interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Master's or doctoral degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related mental health field.
• Active, unrestricted Arizona license (e.g., Psychologist, LPC, LCSW, LMFT) or license-eligible status with a clear path to licensure.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to build rapport and maintain professional boundaries.
• Commitment to ethical practice, cultural humility, and trauma-informed care.
• Ability to manage a full-time caseload, work in a hybrid environment, and use electronic health records efficiently.
