Role Description The Mental Health Therapist is a full-time, hybrid role based in Cleveland, OH, with the flexibility to work from home for portions of the schedule. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting individual, family, and group therapy sessions; completing biopsychosocial assessments; and developing evidence-informed treatment plans tailored to client needs. The therapist will monitor progress, adjust interventions as needed, and maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation in accordance with ethical and regulatory standards.

Additional duties include coordinating care with other providers, participating in case consultations, and contributing to a supportive, inclusive practice culture. The role also involves maintaining professional boundaries, upholding client confidentiality, and engaging in ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in Mental Health and Family Therapy, with the ability to support diverse client populations.
• Strong skills in Treatment Planning, including goal setting, intervention selection, and outcome evaluation.
• Experience in Social Work and Case Management, including resource referral, advocacy, and care coordination.
• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.
• Current licensure or eligibility for licensure in Ohio (e.g., LISW, LSW, LPCC, LPC, LMFT) and adherence to professional ethical standards.
• Proficiency in maintaining clinical documentation, using electronic health records (Jane app), and following confidentiality and compliance guidelines.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and active listening skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain therapeutic alliances.
• Commitment to culturally responsive, trauma-informed, and inclusive care; willingness to engage in continued learning and supervision.
