We're seeking a Trauma Focused Therapist who is passionate about helping clients heal and grow. We're especially interested in clinicians with experience in EMDR, Brain spotting, trauma-focused therapy, or other trauma-informed approaches.

• LPC or ALC
• LCSW or LMSW
• LMFT or LMFT-A
• Clinicians expected to achieve full licensure within six months are encouraged to apply

• Trauma and PTSD
• EMDR or Brain spotting
• Trauma-informed therapy
• Children, adolescents, teens, and adults
• Couples and families
• Substance use
• School-based therapy

• Complete diagnostic assessments and individualized treatment plans
• Provide high-quality, trauma-informed therapy
• Use evidence-based and creative therapeutic interventions
• Maintain a caseload of 27+ sessions per week for full-time clinicians
• Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation
• Participate in clinical meetings, consultation, and training

• Master's or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology, or related field
• Active Alabama licensure or associate-level registration
• 2+ years of clinical therapy experience preferred
• Experience with EMDR, Brain spotting, or other evidence-based trauma treatments preferred
• Experience with diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, and clinical documentation
• Strong communication skills and professional boundaries
• Experience working with diverse populations
• Familiarity with EHR systems, insurance billing, and community resources
