Sentara Emergency Department/ED Ambulatory - Port Warwick is hiring a Emergency Department Tech (ED Tech).Full-time (36-hours per week)

Education:

High School Diploma or Equivalent One of the following programs is acceptable for required education:
Successful completion Sentara Care Partner Certification Program, successful completion of the Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), National Certified Medical Assistant (NCMA), National Patient Care Technician (NCPCT), completion of US Navy Hospital Corps School, Emergency Services to include EMR, EMS, EMT, AEMT and Paramedic, or current student enrolled in a clinical program having completed at least one semester of a (RN, LPN, RT or PT) or current work experience within last three years as a PCT or Nursing Assistant.

Certification: AHA BLS certification within 90 days of hire.

-B, Enrolled in a clinical program (RN, LPN, Respiratory, Physical therapy, US Military Hospital Corps School, qualified MMAC).We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay range for full-time employment is $20.07 - $29.88 hourly. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call pay, overtime, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.

Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs.
