• Starting salary range: $85,000-$100,000 annually (based on experience and market)
• Quarterly salary growth: BCBAs in good standing, receive a $500 base-salary increase each quarter during years 1-5 of employment.
• Up to 20 salary increases over five years for eligible employees in good standing.
• Additionalmerit-based growth: Eligible BCBAs will earn an additionalannual merit increase based on performance and scorecard results.
