Board Certified Behavior Analyst; BCBA) NC

Blossom ABA Therapy is hiring a BCBA for a hybrid position in Calabash, NC
. This role combines telehealth responsibilities with in-person services, supervision, caregiver collaboration, or field visits. This is not a fully remote position.

• Complete assessments, treatment plans, reassessments, and program updates.
• Deliver remote and in-person clinical services according to client need and the work model listed in the posting.
• Analyze client data and make timely, clinically sound treatment decisions.
• Supervise RBTs and BTs through effective observation, coaching, and performance feedback.
• Partner with caregivers and other professionals to support consistency across settings.
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with payer, privacy, telehealth, and state requirements.
• Communicate schedule, technology, travel, and service barriers promptly.

• Current BCBA certification in good standing.
• Active NC LBA.
• Live in or within 40 miles of NC.
• Master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, education, or a related field.
• Experience with supervision, treatment planning, data analysis, and caregiver collaboration.
• Reliable internet, a private work environment for telehealth, and ability to travel when required.
• Strong independent work habits and responsive communication.
