@Home Therapy is seeking licensed Physical Therapist Assistants to provide in-home therapy throughout Brooklyn. This flexible per diem opportunity is ideal for PTAs interested in building a caseload within their preferred locations.

• Provide treatment under the direction of a supervising Physical Therapist.
• Follow established plans of care.
• Help patients improve strength, balance, mobility, and functional independence.
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and safety.
• Complete documentation accurately and on time.
• Communicate patient progress and concerns to the supervising therapist.

• Current New York State PTA license.
• Physical Therapist Assistant degree from an accredited program.
• Professional liability insurance.
