The Role We're looking for a warm, curious, and motivated Registered Dietitian or Certified Nutrition Specialist to join our team! This is a full-time hybrid position based in Silver Spring, MD — so you'll get the best of both worlds: meaningful in-person connection with clients and the flexibility to work from home too. You'll carry a caseload that gives you real time with your clients, doing the kind of thorough, individualized work that drew you to nutrition in the first place.

Think nutrition assessments, personalized care plans, medical nutrition therapy, and ongoing client support across a range of conditions and goals. What We're Looking For  RDN or CNS credential and Maryland licensure (or in process — we can work with you on timing!)  New grads are warmly welcome — we love nurturing the next generation of great clinicians 🌱  Experience or strong interest in counseling and medical nutrition therapy  Comfortable working with conditions like diabetes, weight management, and chronic disease  A great communicator who genuinely connects with clients  Someone who thrives in a small, collaborative team setting  Private practice experience is a bonus, but the right person and the right attitude go a long way here

Start date:

January/February 2027. Credentialing take 3-4 months; therefore, start date would be 3-4 months from hiring date. Hours required: 30-40 hours a week.
