We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join a specialty-focused, private-pay behavioral health practice as a Clinical Manager.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced clinician who enjoys providing high-quality, evidence-based therapy while also developing and leading a team of clinicians. • We're seeking a Clinical Manager who:
• Holds an active New York LCSW license
• Has experience working in private practice
• Has experience providing clinical supervision to LMSW clinicians
• Has training in an evidence-based modality such as DBT, EMDR, Gottman, ART, or similar
• Is motivated to deepen their clinical specialization over time
• Values thoughtful, goal-directed clinical work
• Is open to ongoing training, consultation, and professional development
• Is interested in building and developing their own clinical team
• Can help manage and support the Westchester office
• Has experience networking and building referral relationships within the local community
• Has prior management experience or is interested in developing leadership and management skills

• Provide approximately 20-25 therapy sessions per week
• Build, lead, and manage a team of clinicians at the Westchester office
• Provide clinical supervision to LMSW clinicians
• Develop referral relationships with professionals and organizations in the local community
• Participate in weekly administrative meetings with Clinical Managers
• Work with clients who are thoughtfully matched to your clinical interests and strengths
• Maintain autonomy over your schedule and clinical approach
• Practice within a private-pay behavioral health model
• Build a sustainable caseload with support during the ramp-up period
• Participate in ongoing consultation, training, and clinical development
• Clinicians typically build full caseloads within a few months and, once established, have the opportunity to develop a strong and sustainable practice while maintaining clinical autonomy and quality of care.
