HHA Hospice

Professional Healthcare Resources, a leader in Home Health, Hospice and Personal Care services in the Washington, DC and Baltimore, Maryland area, seeks a passionate and enthusiastic Home Health Aide to join our Hospice team in Baltimore, MD and surrounding areas! (PRN position available)

A care-giving professional providing quality home-based personal care and other related services in accordance with established agency policies and procedures; functions under the supervision, direction, and instruction of a Registered Nurse, and in accordance with an approved Plan of Care; complies with federal, state and local guidelines for all services.

• High school diploma or equivalency preferred, but not required
• Successful completion of state-approved CNA program that meets time and content requirements consistent with Medicare/Medicaid standards
• Minimum One Year experience as a Home Health Aide for Hospice patients
• Meets standards of evaluation of competency and continuing education as defined in federal statutes
• Good command of the English Language
• Good problem solving skills
