Live-In Caregiver | $245–$260 per Day | 7 Days On / 7 Days Off | Contract Opportunity

Ray of Sunshine Senior Care is a licensed caregiver registry connecting experienced independent caregivers with in- home senior care opportunities.

We currently have a live-in opportunity serving an older adult in a private residence. The caregiver will remain in the client’s home throughout the seven-day rotation, including overnight rest periods, followed by seven consecutive days off.

This is a contract (1099) opportunity.

• Seven consecutive days on
• Seven consecutive days off
• Planned week-on/week-off rotation
• Caregiver remains in the client’s home during the seven-day rotation

• Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming and other activities of daily living
• Preparing meals and providing meal assistance
• Providing medication reminders
• Completing light housekeeping and laundry
• Providing companionship and meaningful engagement
• Assisting with mobility or transfers when required
• Providing transportation to appointments or errands when applicable
• Maintaining a safe environment
• Observing and reporting changes in the client’s condition

• Have experience providing in-home care to older adults
• Enjoy developing a consistent relationship with one client
• Are comfortable working independently in a client’s home
• Prefer a planned rotation with a full week off between rotations
• Are dependable, attentive and able to respond appropriately when care needs change

• Professional caregiving experience required
• Experience assisting with activities of daily living
• Dementia or memory-care experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance preferred
• Comfortable working in a home with pets
• Able to pass a state-mandated background check
• Able to remain in the client’s home for the full seven-day rotation

• $245–$260 per day, depending on experience and the client’s care needs
• Contract (1099) opportunity
• Option to consider additional PRN client opportunities during off weeks

• Predictable seven-days-on/seven-days-off rotation
