Company Description Aspire ABA Therapy provides in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for children and young adults ages 2–21 on the autism spectrum across North Carolina, with no waitlist. Care is assent-based, neuro-affirming, and trauma-informed, centering each individual’s voice, strengths, and family context. The team designs individualized, evidence-based programs that promote meaningful progress in communication, social connection, and daily living skills.

Services are delivered where life happens—at home, at school, and in the community—and Aspire ABA Therapy accepts Medicaid and most major insurance plans, including HMOs. The organization is growing and actively seeks BCBAs and RBTs who value respectful, child-led care and collaborative family partnerships.

Role Description This full-time, hybrid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) role is based in North Carolina, United States, with a mix of in-person and work-from-home responsibilities. The BCBA will conduct comprehensive assessments, develop and update individualized treatment plans, and design socially meaningful goals for autistic children and young adults. Day-to-day tasks include supervising RBTs and behavior technicians, modeling ethical, assent-based ABA practices, and ensuring high-quality data collection and analysis.

The role involves providing parent and caregiver training, collaborating with schools and community partners, and documenting progress in accordance with clinical and payer requirements. The BCBA will participate in team meetings, maintain regulatory and professional standards, and contribute to a supportive, neuro-affirming culture.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis, including assessment, treatment planning, and data-driven decision making.
• Candidates should possess knowledge in Psychology and Behavior Management to support evidence-based interventions and crisis prevention.
• Candidates should possess competencies in Parent Education, caregiver coaching, and family-centered collaboration.
• Current BCBA certification in good standing and compliance with BACB ethical guidelines.
• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Experience working with autistic children and young adults in home, school, or community settings.
• Ability to travel within North Carolina for in-person sessions; valid driver’s license or reliable transportation as required.
• Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills, with comfort using electronic health record and data systems.
