Job Summary Works onsite at the Kellogg Eye Center coordinating moderate to complex clinical research studies,managing associated IRB applications,and overseeing and participating in participant recruitment and data collection,which may include vision assessments, imaging studies,motor assessments,neurocognitive testing and survey completion.

Responsibilities
* Collects and maintains patient data for clinical research projects. Screens and oversees recruitment of study participants. Coordinates scheduling of experiments,procedures,and visits. Manages data collection,processing,and analysis in line with study protocols. Monitors subjects for safety and compliance. Completes IRB applications and associated documentation with PI support. Collaborate swith clinical decision support teams and stakeholders to ensure consistent system standards.

Required Qualifications
* Proficiency in human subjects research protocols,Good Clinical Practice(GCP),and regulatory compliance. Knowledge of the IRB application process relevant to clinical research in academic medicine. At least 1 year of experience in direct clinical research participant interaction.

Desired Qualifications
* Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Ability to work in dependently and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.

Experience with electronic data capture systems and research databases including REDCap.

Experience with scientific writing.

Basic knowledge of ophthalmology/eyecare
