Elevate Patient Financial Solutions is seeking an AR Follow Up Specialist to manage insurance claim follow ups and resolve payer issues. This fully remote, full-time role operates Monday–Friday 8:00am–5:00pm, with emphasis on accuracy and timely communication with carriers.
You will investigate aged claims, identify root causes, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure payment and proper balance resolution across the revenue cycle.
