Position Overview The Pennsylvania Department of Aging is seeking a Senior Medicare Outreach & Program Specialist to support the Pennsylvania Senior Medicare Patrol (SMP) program. This position helps Medicare beneficiaries, their families, and caregivers prevent, identify, and report Medicare fraud, errors, and abuse. The role combines senior-focused community outreach, Medicare education, case support, volunteer coordination, program administration, research, and data analysis.

The ideal candidate will have professional experience working directly with older adults/seniors and a background in human services, social work, healthcare outreach, case management, community education, or a related field. Important:
Direct professional experience working with the aging/senior population is required.
