• W-2 role with medical, dental and vision effective on the first of the month after employment

• The above compensation represents our total yearly compensation.
• Total yearly compensation is equal to our base salary of $90,000 plus Headlight's monthly billed hour bonus.
• Est. Total Yearly Compensation at 25 billed hour units- $96,000
• Est. Total Yearly Compensation at 27 billed hour units- $102,032
• Est. Total Yearly Compensation at 30 billed hour units- $111,080
