The Mental Health Counselor will provide individual, family, and group counseling to clients with diverse mental health needs in a full‑time capacity. This hybrid role is based in Duncan, OK, with a combination of in‑office sessions and some work‑from‑home for documentation, case planning, and telehealth appointments as appropriate. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include conducting clinical assessments, developing and implementing treatment plans, and providing ongoing therapeutic support for issues such as substance use, anger management, and relationship challenges.

The counselor will coordinate case management services, collaborate with community resources, and maintain accurate, timely clinical records that meet professional and regulatory standards. The role also involves participating in team meetings, contributing to program improvement, and upholding ethical and professional counseling practices.

• Demonstrated expertise in Mental Health and Psychology, with the ability to apply evidence‑based practices in counseling settings.
• Experience in Treatment Planning, including assessment, goal setting, and monitoring client progress.
• Skills in Relationship Counseling, working with individuals, couples, and families to address interpersonal and communication issues.
• Background in Case Management, including coordination of services, referrals, and collaboration with community agencies.
• Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field; appropriate state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Oklahoma (e.g., LPC, LCSW, LMFT) preferred.
• Strong communication, documentation, and time‑management skills, with the ability to handle a full‑time caseload in a hybrid work environment.
• Experience with substance use and anger management interventions is beneficial.
