The CAS Experience What working in a hybrid center-home BCBA role at CAS looks like Total CompensationWe believe in transparency and competitive, well-rounded compensation.
- Starting salary range:$85,000-$100,000 annually based on experience.
- Quarterly salary growth: BCBAs in good standing, receive a $500base-salary increase each quarter during years 1-5 of employment.
- Up to 20 salary increases over five years for eligible employees in good standing.
- Additional merit-based growth: Eligible BCBAs will earn an additional annual merit increase based on performance and scorecard results.
