The Director, Product Management conceives of, develops, delivers, and manages products for customer use. The Director, Product Management requires an in-depth understanding of how organization capabilities interrelate across the function or segment.
The Director, Product Management leads all phases of the product life cycle, from inception to introduction into the marketplace, by developing products to meet specific customer needs and achieve specific cost and success outcomes. Once products are launched, monitors efficacy of products and uses customer and business partner feedback to ensure products are meeting customer needs across each customer segmentation, adjusting products over time to continue to achieve the desired outcomes.
Decisions are typically related to the implementation of new/updated programs or large-scale projects for the function and supporting technical/operational procedures and processes, and implements strategic plans, drives goals and objectives, and improves performance. Provides input into functions strategy.
This is a remote position that reports to the Associate VP, Mail Order Pharmacy Distribution.

- Certified SAFe® 5 Product Owner/Product Manager
- 5+ years of Product Owner/Product Manager experience
- 3+ years of leadership experience
- Bachelor's degree
Preferred:
- Ability to drive significant transformation
- Competence working on very large and most complex assignments
- Strong ability to drive cross functional teams to alignment in the midst of ambiguity
- Ability to adapt quickly and juggle multiple competing priorities in a fast paced environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to comfortably and effectively communicate with a variety of business leaders
- Both quantitative and qualitative analysis experience, with the ability to drive to trend identification and actionable insights
- Master's degree

At minimum, a download speed of 25 Mbps and an upload speed of 10 Mbps is required; wireless, wired cable or DSL connection is suggested. In certain roles, the minimum recommended internet speed required by Humana may not be sufficient for business needs. Humana reserves the right to require associates to upgrade their internet service if necessary. Work from a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information.
Travel:
While this is a remote position, occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings may be required.

Pay Range: $168,000 - $231,000 per year. This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
