Syneos Health is seeking a CRA II in Shanghai to monitor clinical studies on-site and remotely, ensuring compliance with GCP, protocol adherence, and data accuracy. You will develop monitoring plans, conduct site visits, and prepare monitoring reports and action letters.
You will work with investigators and cross-functional teams, manage multiple study milestones, and contribute to SOPs and training materials. A bachelor’s degree and 2–4 years in clinical research monitoring are expected.
