About Sure Co: Sure Co is changing how people in the US take care of their health - in 2020, new regulations went into effect known as Individual Coverage Health Reimbursement Arrangement (ICHRA), allowing employers to offer more choice at lower cost for employee health benefits, and Sure Co is at the vanguard of that change. We’re the leading provider helping employers offer individual health insurance plans to their employees and growing significantly year over year.
More than that, we save employers money and enable them to focus on their core business instead of managing insurance. This is a categorical good, and you’ll be joining a team of dedicated professionals passionate about making working American families healthier.
