Bilingual Senior Trauma Therapist - Spanish Speaking (MSW, LCSW-C, LCPC)
Description The Trauma Therapist is responsible for providing trauma-informed individual and group therapeutic services to support survivors who have experienced sexual violence; adults and adolescents who have experienced intimate partner violence and children who have witnessed IPV as well as supporters. The Trauma Therapist is expected to independently manage a case load (up to 24 individual clients) to ensure that all clients receive timely services.

Therapy will be provided for a period of six months to a year after intake nAround covers CEUs and licensing fees for our clinicians and offers a flexible schedule. We also have a professional development program that allows our team to gain additional education with a stipend from Turn Around.

Minimum Master's degree in Social Work or related field;
At least 5 years of experience providing trauma therapy. Valid Clinical License in Maryland (LCSW-C, LCPC). Spanish-speaking required.

Working Hours This position is hybrid with some work in office and some remote based on an agreed upon schedule with approval of direct supervisor. Ability to provide therapy at least some evenings weekly is required.
