Nucleus Healthcare is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our trusted ABA partner in College Park, GA. This is a full-time, clinic-based position for a non-PE backed ABA company who is offering a $5,000 sign-on bonus for this location!

  Annual base salary ranges from $85,000 to $95,000 (not including bonuses)
• Bonus Structure:
  Additional $50 per hour billed past minimum requirement

• Conduct skills and behavior assessments to deeply understand your clients
• Develop comprehensive treatment plans and evidence-based interventions
• Manage a caseload of no more than 6-8 clients
• Supervise, support and nurture RBT’s and BCBA fieldwork candidates to deliver the highest standards of care
• Review session notes and data taken by the client's team in order to monitor progress and ensure fidelity of treatment implementation.
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve optimal clinical outcomes
  -Empower parents and caregivers through parent training to be partners in their child’s goals and achievements.
• Meet or exceed weekly billable treatment hour requirement of 27.5 hours

• 27.5 hours/week or 55 hours/pay period
• Once the Clinical Supervisor's billable hour requirement is met per pay period, they are eligible for an additional productivity bonus and one work from home day in the next pay period.

• Masters Degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis, Psychology, or a related field
• Valid BCBA Certification
• Applicable license to practice within Georgia
• 1+ years of experience as a BCBA

Additional Qualifications Master’s or doctoral degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or a related fieldBCBA License 5 years of experience working with children with developmental delays, Autism Spectrum Disorders, or communication disorders

Proficiency in ABA assessments and development of treatment plans

Strong leadership and training skills for supervising therapists and engaging families
