Family Well Health is seeking a licensed mental health provider to deliver tele-therapy for women across the U.S. as a remote, contract-based role. Part-time, 10–30 hours per week as a 1099 contractor, with compensation of $80 per 60-minute session plus a small monthly admin allotment.
Qualified candidates hold an active Kentucky license (LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC) and can practice independently. Experience in perinatal or menopause populations is preferred; strong communication and teletherapy
