Allswell is seeking fully licensed therapists in Virginia to provide individual telehealth therapy to LGBTQIA+ clients. This is a fully remote contractor role with a minimum commitment of 10 sessions per week and flexible scheduling (you pick your own hours).
You will deliver affirming, trauma-informed, evidence-based care, while working toward full independent licensure, supported by free clinical supervision. We handle billing, scheduling, and client outreach so you can focus on care.
