Position OverviewWe are seeking a compassionate and collaborative Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide high-quality ABA services to children and families. This opportunity offers a flexible hybrid work model, manageable caseloads, meaningful clinical support, and competitive hourly compensation.
The BCBA will conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), provide parent/caregiver training, and collaborate with families and clinical teams to support meaningful progress for the children served.

- Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide supervision and ongoing clinical oversight to RBTs.
- Provide parent training and caregiver collaboration.
- Monitor client progress and make data-driven treatment recommendations.
- Ensure clinical quality, accurate documentation, and compliance with applicable requirements.
- Collaborate with clinical and operations teams to support effective service delivery.
- Maintain strong communication with families, caregivers, and other members of the care team.
- Active BCBA certification in good standing.
- Colorado licensure, if applicable, or ability to meet applicable state and payer requirements prior to starting.
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills.
- Experience providing ABA services in home-based or community-based settings is preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively with families, RBTs, and clinical teams.
