This is not an entry-level position. Applicants must have a completed qualifying master’s degree, current BCBA certification, and meet Virginia LBA licensure requirements. Candidates still completing graduate school, accruing supervision hours, preparing for the BCBA exam, or holding only an RBT/BCaBA credential are encouraged to apply to our Child Behavior Technician position.

• Salary - starting at $76,000-$100,000 per year

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA);
  Students who have completed coursework and supervision for BCBA are strongly encouraged to apply
• Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in Virginia or BCBA with a goal of obtaining LBA in Virginia
• Valid driver’s license with at least 1 year licensed driving history and good driving record

• 1 year supervisory experience
