The Behavioral Health Technician is a full-time, hybrid role based in Baltimore, MD, with some work-from-home flexibility. This role supports individuals with developmental and behavioral needs by implementing ABA-based treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or other licensed clinician. Day-to-day responsibilities include collecting and recording behavioral data, assisting with functional assessments, and carrying out individualized behavioral interventions in home, clinic, and community settings.

The technician will model strategies for caregivers, participate in parent and family training sessions, and collaborate with clinical team members to ensure consistent, evidence-based support. Additional duties may include preparing materials, maintaining accurate documentation, and contributing to a safe, inclusive environment aligned with ELNC’s mission and values.

• Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis skills, with the ability to implement structured interventions and follow treatment plans.
• Behavioral Intervention and Psychology knowledge to support individuals with developmental and behavioral needs in varied settings.
• Strong Communication skills, including clear documentation, professional interaction with families and caregivers, and effective teamwork.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, social work, or related field preferred.
• Experience working with children, adolescents, or young adults with developmental or behavioral needs is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model in Baltimore, MD, including travel to homes, schools, and community locations as needed.
• Commitment to culturally responsive, family-centered care and adherence to ethical, evidence-based practices.
• Reliable transportation, ability to maintain clear background checks, and willingness to complete required ABA and safety training.
