We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our Home-Based ABA Services team! As an RBT with Champions ABA - MA, you will have the opportunity to work with children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities in a home-based setting. Our team is dedicated to providing compassionate, flexible, and collaborative ABA therapy that helps individuals discover their full potential.

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy sessions to clients in their homes, focusing on skills development and behavioral interventions

• Implement treatment plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and oversee daily treatment activities

• Collect and maintain accurate data on client progress and behavior

• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination

• Participate in regular training and supervision sessions to enhance skills and knowledge

• Must hold a valid RBT certification

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework or associate's degree preferred

• 0 years of experience; willingness to learn and grow with our team

• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
