Intensive In Community Therapist (Full-Time/Part-Time/Contract)

Clear Conscience Counselling is seeking a compassionate and skilled Intensive In Community Therapist to join our IIC team. In this role, you will provide evidence-based therapeutic services directly within the homes and communities of the families we serve, helping children ages 3-21 build resilience and thrive.
Job SummaryThe Intensive In Community Therapist delivers individualized, home- and community-based clinical services to children, adolescents, and their families. This position requires a strong commitment to ethical, compassionate, and evidence-based practice, working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to support positive outcomes for youth and families.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions in clients' homes and community settings for children and adolescents ages 3-21
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive clinic
- Active New Jersey licensure as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT,LSW, LMFT-A or LAC
- Provisionally licensed clinicians seeking supervision toward full licensure are also encouraged to apply
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related mental health field
- Demonstrated commitment to ethical, compassionate, and evidence-based clinical practice
- Ability to travel to clients' homes and community locations within the service area
- Strong understanding of child and family systems and developmental needs across ages 3-21
- Prior experience providing Intensive In Community (IIC) services or similar home-based therapeutic care
- Experience working with children and families involved in child welfare, behavioral health, or juvenile justice systems
- Familiarity with trauma-informed care models and crisis intervention techniques
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities relevant to the communities served
- Proficiency in clinical documentation and electronic health record (EHR) systems
- Strong assessment and treatment planning skills grounded in evidence-based modalities
- Effective verbal and written communication with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams
- Time management and organizational skills to manage a home- and community-based caseload
- Crisis de-escalation and safety planning competencies
