• The Nursing Senior Auditor leads complex audits, mentors junior auditors, and ensures compliance with clinical and financial standards.
• The role enhances revenue cycle performance by identifying systemic issues and recommending improvements.
• Leads audits of complex cases and high-risk claims.
• Reviews escalated audit findings and provides expert guidance.
• Mentors and trains junior nursing auditors.
• Collaborates with compliance and revenue cycle leadership on audit strategies.
• Prepares comprehensive reports and presents findings to senior management.
• Identifies trends and recommends process improvements to reduce risk.
