Brockton MA
- Provide speech and language therapy services to children birth to age 3
- Develop, implement, and update Individualized Service Plans (ISPs)
- Act as a key advocate for children and families during initial assessments and ongoing services
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including developmental specialists, therapists, and social workers
- Support families with home-based programs and resources
- Participate in specialized child groups and team meetings
- Maintain accurate electronic health records and documentation
- Massachusetts license as a Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA)
- Valid driver’s license and own transportation
- Excellent observation skills, with the ability to respond quickly in emergencies
- Physical ability to move swiftly, kneel, bend, and interact actively with children
- Compassionate attitude and strong communication skills to work with families and team members
- Competitive pay range: $24.00 - $27.00 per hour
