Mira Mace is seeking a Care Advocate to support Medicare patients remotely across the United States. This is a 1099 independent contractor role with a minimum of 20 hours per week and up to 40 hours, generally during core hours.
As the primary contact after intake, you’ll help patients understand their care plans, schedule appointments, navigate portals and insurance, and connect to community resources, all while documenting interactions and maintaining HIPAA compliance.
