Care Coordinator; Healthcare Support Remote Training

Position: Care Coordinator (Healthcare Support) | Remote After Training | Start Date: Nov 2

What You'll Do:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, providers, pharmacies, and insurance payers

- Coordinate benefits, prior authorizations, appeals, enrollment, and patient support services

- Guide patients through access, affordability, and reimbursement processes

- Build strong relationships with healthcare providers and patients

- Manage inbound and outbound calls while maintaining accurate documentation

- Ensure compliance with program guidelines, SOPs, and privacy standards

What We're Looking For:

- HUB, Patient Services, Reimbursement, Insurance, Healthcare Billing, or Benefit Verification experience

- Strong knowledge of prior authorizations, appeals, and medical/pharmacy insurance terminology

- Call center or customer service experience in a healthcare environment

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

- Ability to multitask across multiple systems and work independently

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, between 8:00 AM-8:00 PM EST

Duration: 3-Month Contract

Training: 4-5 weeks onsite training, then remote (attendance during training is required)

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Morrisville, NC.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
