Sentara Norfolk General Hospital in Norfolk, VA is seeking a full-time Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join the Case Management Pharmacy Program. Flexible work from home or on-site at the hospital with a 8:30AM–5:00PM schedule, weekdays only, no weekends or holidays.
Primary location is Sentara Norfolk General Hospital. 1 year of APP experience in Family Medicine required;
Rheumatology or Infectious Disease experience is a plus.
