Remote Substance Use Counselor - Lead Group Therapy

Transformcap is seeking a Substance Use Counselor to lead dynamic group therapy sessions in a remote setting. The ideal candidate will have a Master’s degree, active behavioral health licensure, and at least two years of experience in leading groups within a substance use disorder setting. You'll be responsible for facilitating discussions, monitoring member progress, and supporting a positive, recovery-oriented environment.

The role requires proficiency with technology and the ability to work evenings as needed. A commitment to quality care and member success is essential.
