CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Full Time Clinician (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to perform In-Home Health Evaluations across Maryland. Traveling up to 100% of the time, you will conduct 45-minute visits, review medications and history, and perform physical evaluations in the member's home using an iPad workflow.
Board-certified NPs or PAs with active licenses in their coverage areas will join a national clinician network.
