TMS & Esketamine Care Navigator

Mindpath Health is seeking an Interventional Psychiatry Patient Navigator to support patients through the full TMS/esketamine treatment journey. This hybrid role is primarily onsite at our Ocoee office, with occasional remote work.

You will manage intake, collect history and documentation, coordinate enrollment and insurance steps, and serve as the patient contact for questions, ensuring timely, compassionate care across pre- and post-treatment phases.
