MEDHOST, a division of Harris, seeks an Account Follow-up Representative I to review and resolve outstanding insurance balances for hospital patient accounts. Remote in the US; CST/EST timezone preference. Wage range is 18–26 USD per hour.
You will learn hospital systems, conduct research, and handle basic insurance claims to timely resolve accounts receivable. Responsibilities include following up on balances, rebilling as needed, and communicating with payors.
