The Outpatient Coder is responsible for accurately abstracting data into client EMR systems, following Official ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS Guidelines. This is a remote PRN role requiring a CCS and 5+ years of coding experience, including Same-day surgery with Observation.
Maintains coding accuracy of 95%+ while meeting productivity standards and coordinating with Clinical Documentation Improvement and Revenue Cycle teams from a home office.
