Remote Nutrition Support Dietitian

Join a collaborative clinical team supporting patients receiving enteral and parenteral nutrition (EN/PN) in the home. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced RD who values clinical autonomy, meaningful patient care, and collaboration with pharmacy, nursing, physicians, and nutrition support teams.

• 100% Remote — must reside in the Pacific Time Zone or Mountain Time Zone
• Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM PST
• Focus on complex EN/PN and home nutrition support
• Clinical autonomy and meaningful patient impact
• Collaborate with pharmacy, nursing, physicians, and clinical teams
• Educate patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals
• Support quality improvement and clinical program development
• Mentor other Registered Dietitians and nutrition-support staff
• Client-provided equipment

• Complete nutrition assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Review EN/PN orders for safety, appropriateness, formulary compliance, and reimbursement.
• Evaluate patients for home parenteral nutrition and support therapy coordination.
• Monitor labs, clinical data, and patient progress and recommend interventions.
• Participate in and lead PN discussions with pharmacy and nursing.
• Educate patients and caregivers on nutrition therapy.
• Document clinical assessments, interventions, and progress.
• Serve as a nutrition expert and liaison between providers, customers, and internal teams.

• Registered Dietitian with appropriate state licensure/certification
• 2+ years of hands-on EN/PN experience
• Board Certification in Nutrition Support or commitment to obtain within 1 year
• Home infusion or home nutrition support experience preferred
• Experience interpreting labs and independently making nutrition-support adjustments preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and multidisciplinary collaboration skills
• Willing to work a 6-month contract
