Marketplace Chaplains is seeking a part-time chaplain to serve employees and their families in Lancaster, PA. The chaplain will visit worksites on a regular basis to provide confidential pastoral support, spiritual guidance, and referral services as needed.
Travel to client locations, engage in compassionate conversations, and participate in employee orientation while maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality and Christian ministry values.
