Behavior Care Therapy is hiring 1:1 ABA paraprofessionals to work with children in their homes during afternoon and evening hours in Florence, WI. You’ll help kids build daily living skills, communication, independence, and confidence through play-based ABA designed by a licensed BCBA.
You’ll work with the same children consistently, making real progress in familiar environments. We provide training and support to meet each child where they’re at.
