This hybrid role requires a Texas PA certification, active license, and DEA eligibility post-hire, with duties coordinating with physicians to diagnose, treat, and manage patient care.
The position offers a base salary of $120K-$130K plus benefits, monthly performance bonuses, CME support, vacation, 401k with match, and profit
