Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including medical, regulatory, and pharmacovigilance departments to ensure consistency and compliance in communications;
Maintain detailed records of all interactions and document any adverse event reports in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements;
Review and interpret clinical trial data and published literature to support information requests and contribute to the development of medical content;
Develop and update medical information resources, including FAQs, standard responses, and educational materials to enhance customer understanding;
