Healthcare Business Development Contractor; Fully Remote

• This is a 1099 independent contractor position focused on business development for healthcare staffing.
• You will be responsible for opening doors and building relationships with hospitals and healthcare systems nationwide.

Responsibilities:

• Prospect, cold call, email, and network to secure new business partnerships.
• Identify and engage decision-makers within target healthcare organizations.
• Collaborate with the TrHN team to drive placements and revenue growth.

Qualifications:

• Proven track record in healthcare business development.
• Experience calling on hospitals and healthcare systems.
• Self-motivated, professional, and results-oriented with an established healthcare network preferred.

Compensation:

• Commission-based with uncapped earning potential.
