Associate Director, Medical Affairs; Fully Remote

• Act as a subject matter expert, translating clinical evidence and stakeholder insights into strategic recommendations.
• Develop and maintain compliant relationships with KTLs, plan scientific exchanges, and support congress meetings and advisory boards.
• Lead scientific execution of Medical Affairs booths, including content development and onsite exchange.

• Advanced scientific or healthcare degree (PharmD, PhD, MD, DO) and 4+ years of relevant pharmaceutical experience.
• Strong scientific writing, presentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience in KTL engagement and congress coverage preferred.
• Anticipated base salary range $150,000 to $180,000, plus annual bonus.

• Remote work with travel up to 20%.
